Ready to reset your body, mind, and life? Join us for a 3-week immersive fat-loss experience in nature at the beautiful Kimya Farm. This isn't a crash diet or bootcamp — it's a complete reprogramming of your biology, habits, and hormones, using the principles of primal living.

Accommodation:
You’ll stay in a beautiful, fully serviced guesthouse on Kimya Farm. Enjoy peaceful surroundings, farm animals and wildlife, a sparkling pool, office space & WIFI to work from, and clean, earthy luxury.
Personalised Training & Nutrition:
Two weeks before your arrival, we’ll assess your health, movement, and goals. This gives our team time to design a custom-built training and nutrition plan, specific to your needs and lifestyle.
Once you arrive, you and your coach will sit down and design your perfect life for the next 21 days on Kimya farm.
🦴 A Day in the Life at the 21-Day Fat-Loss Retreat at Kimya Farm
Welcome to your new (and ancient) rhythm…
🌅 Wake up with the sun – no alarms, just birdsong (chickens are also birds) and the soft glow of sunrise on your face. Your primal clock is getting a hard reset — naturally.
☕ Morning tea in the sun – sit outside, barefoot on the earth, with a warm cup of something herbal. Read, journal, or stare off into the bushveld like the majestic creature you are.
🧘 Morning meditation – meet your coach for a grounding session. Breathe in the silence, exhale the chaos. No incense, just fresh air and focus.
💻 “Office hour” (aka low-stress admin time) – at your private guesthouse office space, catch up on emails, WhatsApps, and whatever else your old life throws at you. One hour max. Then you're back to the real world — the one with chickens.
🥣 Light breakfast at the farm café – nothing fancy, just real food and real conversations. Your coach will walk you through the day’s plan, check in on your progress, and maybe give you a fist bump.
🐓 Garden chill & chicken duties – go feed the chickens, water a basil plant, or read a book in the garden. This is your gentle wind-up for movement.
🏋️♂️ First workout: strength & mobility – a short but spicy 40-minute primal strength session, followed by mobility drills that’ll make you feel more human and less chair-shaped.
🥗 Garden-to-table lunch – today we’re eating under the eucalyptus trees. Build your own salad straight from the soil, share laughs, and nourish like a legend.
🛏️ Afternoon slow-down…
Nap or reading time – no shame here. Head back to your room for a snooze, quiet time, or just lie on your bed thinking about how lekker your life is right now.
🥋 Afternoon workout: Self-defense training
Time to get a bit wild again. One hour of real-world self-defense with our combat coach — practical, empowering, and a little badass. You’ll feel strong, alert, and more confident walking into your next boardroom or braai.
📅 Evening wind-down
After your workout, we’ll catch up to chat about tomorrow’s plan. Maybe you’ve added a freediving course to your journey — we’ll get you ready to take that plunge.
Then it’s time to slow right down…
🔥 Evening by the fire – light tapas-style dinner, a glass of proper red wine, and some delicious superfoods to feed your body and soul. We’ll talk nonsense, laugh a bit, and when your social battery flickers, you’ll wander off to bed — full, grounded, and ready for another beautiful day.
And that’s just one day. Imagine 21 of these — stacked with rhythm, restoration, strength, sun, and silence.
